Bus2 is an application that provides real-time public transportation information for various cities around the globe.

The features of Bus2 include:

• Map-based location of nearby bus stops and places to purchase credits.
• Timetable consultation for lines operating in your city or region.
• Real-time tracking of vehicles operating on specified routes, with the ability to share this information with others.
• Trip planning between two points, incorporating walking distances and public transportation, along with real-time updates.
• Alerts and information related to routes and stops that may impact normal public transportation operations.
• Accessibility features, including VoiceOver support for nearby stop predictions, timetable access, and detailed directions to your destination.

Leveraging data from public agencies and partner operators, Bus2 is available across five continents, including several cities in Latin America with real-time information. A complete list of the cities served by Bus2 can be found at https://bus2.me.

Real-time information is available in a majority of the cities where Bus2 operates. If your city does not currently provide real-time public transportation data or open data formats, we encourage you to advocate for such resources. Enhancing the availability of these data can lead to greater safety and predictability for users, as well as improved access to public transport for the community.
